Tim grew up going fishing with his dad in local lakes and trout streams. However, it wasn't until Tim went to Penn State and joined the Bass Club that he discovered his true passion for tournament fishing. Whether it be a great day on the water or talking to fellow anglers at weigh-ins, he loves the comradery within the fishing community. He views each day on the water as a learning experience and an opportunity to become a smarter angler. Tim currently fishes the Pennsylvania TBF and is a member of the PA TBF District 3 tournament staff. He lives on small lake in East Berlin, PA called Lake Meade where he spends most of his time in the warm seasons practicing for larger bodies of water.

His favorite body of water is the Potomac River. Outside of fishing, Tim teaches 5th grade math and social studies and tries to share his passion with future generations. He is engaged to his fiancé, Ciara, and they will be married in March of 2018. Tim credits her support as a driving force for him to continue to strive to be a better angler.
