Returns & Shipping Policy

Returns.
 


Our refund policy is 7 days after receiving your item. Unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange after this period. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We only except returns for full refunds if items are damaged from manufacturer defect.  We except returns for exchnages if items are unopened and unused condition.  There is a 25% restocking fee for unopened and unused items within the 7 day return policy window if there are no manufacturer defects present.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to us without the receipt.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged due to error from the manufacturer. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at a.lamey@adamscustomlures.com and send your item to: 800 Prospect Ave. APT #1 Lock Haven, PA 17745

 

Shipping.
 


Our products are shipped using the following carriers: USPS   . To return your product, you should mail your product to:11066 Creek Rd., Clarks Summit Pennsylvania United States 18411. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

We normally ship in stock products within 3-5 business days, but this is not a garentee.  If handling time will be longer than the 3-5 bussiness days, you will receieve an e-mail for the reason for delay.  

 

In order to be eligible for Free Shipping, the customer will need to meet or exceed the $75 minimum amount for a one time purchase.  Multipul purchases in one day do not count toward the $75 minimum purchase.
